Does the card need an app?
Not to join. Your customer scans your counter QR, signs in with Google, Apple or an email address, and their card exists in their browser — installing the IkhlassDZ app, where they gather every card and every reward, is their choice and never a condition. Your side does need it: the counter scans from the IkhlassDZ app on the shop's own phone, which is also the only hardware the whole thing asks for.
How does my customer get their card?
They scan the sticker on your counter with their phone's camera. No form, no password, no number to hand over. The whole thing takes about fifteen seconds, while they are paying.
Is it complicated for my staff?
No. Your employee opens the app on the phone they already have, scans the customer's code, and taps once. In points mode they enter the amount, then tap. There is no other screen to learn, and staff never see your dashboard.
What exactly is a counter?
A counter is a connected phone that can scan at a given moment — not an account, and not a shop. You create as many staff accounts as you like and open as many branches as you like: what is billed is how many scans are possible at the same time, which is to say your busiest moment.
What does the free setup include?
Everything needed to open the next day. We configure your programme with you — stamps or points, the reward threshold, your counter rules — we design your card in your colours and with your logo, we deliver the counter QR ready to put out, we create your staff accounts, and we train your people on site or by phone. There is nothing for you to install and nothing to buy.
Is setup really free, on every plan?
Yes, the two-month trial included. There is no activation fee, no per-branch fee and no per-customer fee, on any plan. What you pay for is the number of counters scanning at the same time, and nothing else.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Your staff scan with the phone they already have, your customers with theirs, and the counter QR is a sticker we supply. If you would rather have something sturdier — a stand, an engraved plate — we can get you one, but none of it is needed to start.
Is there a limit on the number of customers?
None. Billing per customer would push a shopkeeper to stop signing them up — the exact opposite of what this product is for. You sign up whoever you like, as many as you like, on every plan.
Why is there no monthly payment?
Because the two-month trial is how you start without committing. Once convinced, you choose 4 or 12 months, paid in advance — the annual term works out at roughly two months free.
What happens when my trial or my subscription ends?
You have seven days of grace. After that, new points and stamps stop — but gift cards already issued are still honoured, and your customers lose nothing. Every card, every balance and the whole history stay visible, and you can export your data at any time, including after the end date.
Do my customers lose their points?
No. Every stamp and every point is a recorded entry: which counter, which employee, at what time. A balance is not lost, and a dispute is settled by looking at the line in question.
I have several branches. Does each one keep its own card?
No. Your business has one programme and each customer one balance: a stamp earned in one branch counts in every other, and a reward can be used in any of them. Each branch manager only reaches the branches you give them, with the rights you choose area by area. There is no fee per branch.
How does it bring customers back?
On its own, first: your customers are told when a reward is ready, when one stamp is left, and before a gift card expires. Your dashboard shows the regulars who have gone quiet. And you can send an offer — to customers who have not come for a given number of days, to one branch, or to those close to a reward — on the date you choose. Our team reviews every offer before it goes out, and only customers who agreed to receive offers get them.
